This Privacy Policy describes how Cevian Labs ("Cevian Labs," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, protects, and discloses information related to our suite of academic data services, including CVParsa and COI Pond (collectively, the "Services"). This Policy is incorporated into, and governed by, the respective End-User License Agreements (EULA) or Terms of Service for each product.

The User warrants that it has all necessary legal rights, consents, and permissions to submit the Input Data to our Services, and that such submission complies with all applicable institutional policies and data privacy laws (Section 3.a of EULA). The User is solely responsible for ensuring the legality of transferring the Input Data to Cevian Labs.

We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the Effective Date and posting the revised Policy on our website. Your continued use of the Service constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy.
